"I’d rather take photos of my idiot friends being idiots with my shitty camera. Photography is subjective anyhow. Ansel Adams isn’t my idol. Some kid with an iphone and dumb friends who act retarded for the camera is. Landscapes are nice. So is shooting your friends in the back of the head with a BB gun at close range. I’d rather the see a photo of the latter. I suppose what I’m trying to say is everyone has different taste.That’s what makes art such a fuck show. One person will give some turd a hand job because he or she does something they deem worthy of praise, while the other person could give a fuck. It’s all up to the viewer. What I find the most interesting is what the person creating the art is all about; what they have been through, what they do on a daily basis,what kind of music they like, who they want to beat to up, etc. If I think you’re a boring person then your art, photos, whatever, doesn’t get my attention. I may come across like a snob but at least I’m not boring."
